Arthur J. Murphy III brings over 20 years of experience as an attorney in real estate and construction litigation and transactions. He previously worked at the Illinois Housing Development Authority, where he primarily focused on real estate law including multi-family residential transactions, litigation and foreclosures, and commercial leasing.

He also has experience in probate and estate law, state agency law, and corporate structuring work.
