Madeline Penn received her Bachelor of Arts in political science and minor degrees in both communications and legal studies from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2020. She then graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 2024.

At KWM, Madeline focuses on business-related litigation, including professional liability defense.
